EnglishOn March 31, spring was in the air. FOTEC held a warm birthday party for all employees whose birthdays are in January, February, and March. Thirteen birthday stars and many other colleagues joined the party. Everyone had a great time together and felt the love of the FOTEC family. Our boss and his wife joined the whole party and took group photos with the birthday stars.
The party started with happy music. All colleagues sang “Happy Birthday” together. The 13 birthday stars made wishes. Some wished for good luck all year long, and for everything to go smoothly. Some wished to earn more money this year so they can give their family a better life. What the employees wish is also what the company wishes for them. Everyone enjoyed cake, fruit, and drinks while talking and laughing.
Next, the company prepared many nice gifts for the birthday stars, such as lovely cups, pretty bowls, nice teacups, and big snack packs. Each birthday star played a ring toss game. Each person had three tries. If they got the ring on a gift, they could take it right away. If not, they still got a gift from the leftovers after the game. Everyone laughed and had fun.
Then, Our boss gave a warm and kind talk. He said, “FOTEC truly cares about every employee’s happiness and sense of belonging. We will do our best to give you a good working environment and a happy life at FOTEC. We want everyone to grow and feel joyful here.” Everyone was deeply moved and clapped warmly.
As a member of FOTEC, I truly feel the care from our boss. This care is not only seen in this big birthday party, but also in the small things every day. Our boss listens carefully to every employee’s thought and is willing to make changes. Here, we are not just workers. We are respected and loved like family.
The Q1 birthday party ended with warmth and happiness. In the future, FOTEC will keep putting people first. Through fun and caring activities, we will make our team stronger and our company culture warmer. Every FOTEC member will always feel the love and strength of home.
